Spa/Swim Spa Drain and Clean
Flat rate per visit for labor up to 1.5 hours includes:
- Remove & clean filters
- Skim water for debris
- Brush water lines
- Wipe down the cabinet & spa cover
- The customer refills & balances the water

Spa Drain, Clean, and Fill
Flat rate per visit for labor up to 2 hours includes:
- Skim Water
- Drain spa
- Remove & clean filters
- Clean and detail interior of spa
- Clean cover
- Refill Spa
- Add the customer’s start-up chemicals to balance water
- Check controls & operation

Spa Routine Maintenance Visit – Offered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
Flat rate per visit for labor up to 0.5 hours includes:
- Check chemicals – adjust using the customer’s chemicals
- Remove & clean filters
- Skim water
- Brush water lines
- Balance water chemistry using customer’s chemicals
- Check controls and operation
- Spa maintenance education

Swim Spa Routine Maintenance Visit – offered monthly or bi-weekly
- Skim water for debris
- Remove & clean filters
- Brush water lines
- Wipe down the cabinet & cover
- Check & balance water, using the customer’s chemicals
- Check controls & operation
- Provide maintenance education
